Shareholders of Metrofile ("Shareholders") are advised that the audited
annual financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended
30 June 2011 ("the Annual Financial Statements"), were posted to
Shareholders today.
The Company has not published an abridged report at this date as the
audited financial information released on the Securities Exchange News
Service on Wednesday, 31 August 2011, remains unchanged.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Shareholders
will be held at 09h30 on Monday, 28 November 2011 at Summer Place, 69
Melville Road, Hyde Park, Johannesburg to transact business as stated in
the notice of annual general meeting of Shareholders, circulated together
with the Annual Financial Statements.
