NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT 2008 AND
PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS
In accordance with Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
Country Bird Holdings hereby confirms that the Company has received a
notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act No. 71 of
2008).
Synapp International Limited has informed Country Bird Holdings that they
have acquired an additional 15.41% of their beneficial interest in the
Company. Following the notice on 28 October 2011, Synapp International
Limited now holds 81.87% of the 197 722 313 ordinary share capital of the
Company.
