RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF EVRAZ HIGHVELD STEEL AND
VANADIUM LIMITED
On 28 October 2011 Colin Brayshaw has tendered his resignation as an
independent, non-executive director of Evraz Highveld Steel and Vanadium
Limited, part of the Evraz Group SA, effective 31 October 2011.
Colin joined the board during April 1996 and has served as the Chairman of
the Audit and Risk committee since August 1996. He was also the Chairman of
the Remuneration and Nominations committee.
Evraz Highveld wishes to thank Colin for his invaluable contribution and the
substantial part he played in the leadership of the Company. It was a
privilege to have Colin Brayshaw as part of the directorate during this
period of time.
