NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS / PERSONS DISCHARGING
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC (the
"Company") has been notified that, following a restructuring of the
Gordon Family Interests` existing holdings in the Company, Richard
Michael Gordon, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, and his
Connected Persons now hold a total beneficial interest in 37,469,381
ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company (4.36% of issued share
capital excluding treasury shares). There has been no change to the
Gordon Family Interests` overall holdings in the Company which remain at
92,143,203 ordinary shares of 50p each (10.72% of issued share capital
excluding treasury shares).
