RESULTS OF MEETING OF NOTEHOLDERS
At the meeting of the noteholders of the Issuer held on Friday, 28
October 2011, the four extraordinary resolutions proposed at the
meeting amending the terms and conditions of the Programme Memorandum
dated 20 November 2007, and the Unitrans Guarantee dated 20 November
2007, under the ZAR3.5 billion Domestic Medium Term Note Programme,
were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
CHANGE OF NAME OF ISSUER
The Issuer has changed its company name from Unitrans Services
(Proprietary) Limited to Steinhoff Services (Proprietary) Limited with
effect from 18 October 2011. A certified copy of the Certificate of
Confirmation is available from the Issuer on request or on the Issuer`s
website (www.steinhoffinternational.com).
