NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report containing the
audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2011 was posted to
shareholders today, Tuesday, 1 November 2011. There are no changes from the
audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2011, which
were published on SENS and in the press on 30 September 2011.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Sallies will be held
at 10:00 on Tuesday, 29 November 2011 at Block 1, Freestone Office Park, 135
Patricia Road, Atholl, Sandton, Johannesburg. The notice of annual general
meeting is issued with the integrated annual report of Sallies for the year
ended 30 June 2011.
