RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that Mr David Jones tendered his resignation as
Company Secretary to the JCI Group with effect from the close of
business on the 31 October 2011.
The board expresses its appreciation for the commitment and contribution
that Mr Jones has made during his tenure.
Further notification is given that Mrs Diane Eurelle has been appointed
as Company Secretary to the JCI Group with effect from 01 November 2011.
