Qualified review opinion on provisional report
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the abovementioned
company`s reviewed provisional report for the year ended 30 June 2011 has been
qualified. Shareholders are advised to refer to the financial statements to
ascertain the exact nature of the qualification.
Accordingly, the company`s listing on the JSE TRADELECT system will be annotated
with a "Q" to indicate the qualification. The annotation will be removed when
the company`s auditor`s report no longer contains a qualification.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
