RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF AVI SHAREHOLDERS
At the annual general meeting of AVI shareholders held at 11h00 on
Tuesday, 1 November 2011 ("the AGM"), all of the resolutions tabled at
the AGM were approved by the requisite majorities.
The special resolutions will be registered with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
