In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, the Company was notified on 31 October 2011 that,
following a restructuring of the interests in the Company that are held by the
Gordon Family, Graeme Gordon, a Non-executive Director of the Company, and his
connected persons now hold a beneficial interest in 30,450,061 ordinary shares
of 25 pence each (4.45%). The total number of shares held by the Gordon Family
Interests in the Company remains unchanged at 92,143,203 (13.47%).
