NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company`s annual integrated report for
the year ended 30 June 2011, which incorporates the company`s annual
financial statements and notice of annual general meeting were posted to
shareholders today. The annual integrated report is also available on
Transpaco`s website (www.Transpaco.co.za). The annual financial
statements contain no modifications to the reviewed results, which were
published on 24 August 2011. The annual financial statements of Transpaco
and the group and the Ernst & Young Inc reviewed results are available
for inspection at the registered offices of the company.
Notice of the Annual General Meeting
The Notice of Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders today and
notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company
will be held at 9am on Friday 2 December 2011, at the offices of
Transpaco at 331 6th Street, Wynberg, Sandton, Johannesburg to transact
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
