Further to the announcement released on 1 November 2011, it has been confirmed
that the holding of Graeme Gordon, a Non-executive Director of the Company, and
his connected persons comprises a beneficial interest in 2,305,268 ordinary
shares of 25 pence each (0.34%) and a non-beneficial interest of 28,144,793
ordinary shares of 25 pence each (4.12%). The total number of shares held by
the Gordon Family Interests in the Company remains unchanged at 92,143,203
(13.47%).
