Change in Directorate
Following the resignation of Mr K L Matseke on 31 October 2011, the Board of
Kagiso Media is pleased to announce the following changes to the Board:
Mr F F Gillion is appointed as an interim Chairperson of the Investment
Committee with effect from 25 October 2011;
Mr J B Hinson is appointed as a director and member of the Remuneration and
Nomination Committees with effect from 1 November 2011;
Mr W B Cosby is appointed as an alternate director of the Board and alternate
member of the Investment, Remuneration and Nomination Committees with effect
from 1 November 2011;
The Board believes that the above changes will enhance its effectiveness and
congratulates Messrs Hinson and Cosby on their appointment.
