REVISED TRADING STATEMENT
In compliance with section 3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Awethu
shareholders are referred to the trading statement dated 28 October 2011 stating
that for the 12 months ended 30 June 2011 the loss per share will be in the
region of (0.18) to (0.21) cents per share, headline earnings per share of 0.15
to 0.18 cents per share from those reported for the previous corresponding
period being the year ended 30 June 2010.
The directors of Awethu now anticipate that the basic earnings per share for
the year ended 30 June 2011, will be in the region of 1.60 to 1.65 cents per
share and headline loss per share of (2.01) to (2.05) cents per share from those
reported for the previous corresponding period being the year ended 30 June
2010.
The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s
auditors. The Company`s financial results for the year ended 30 June 2011 are
expected to be published on or about 3 November 2011.
