Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2011
was posted on 2 November 2011. The annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the reviewed preliminary results which were published on SENS
on 13 September 2011 and the financial press on 14 September 2011. The annual
financial statements were audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. Their
unqualified report is available for inspect at the Company`s registered office.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Aspen
will be held on Thursday, 1 December 2011 at 09:30 at Building 1, Healthcare
Park, Woodlands Drive, Woodmead to transact the business stated in the notice
of annual general meeting, which notice forms part of the annual report.
