APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement on SENS dated 26 September 2011
in respect of the resignation of the Company`s financial director.
Further thereto and in compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, the Board of Directors is hereby pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. Evan Badenhorst CA(SA) as financial director of the Company
with immediate effect.
Evan studied towards a Bachelors of Commerce Degree and graduated from the
University of Natal in 1989.a He completed his articles with Ernst & Young,
having worked for them in Jersey, Channel Islands, whereafter he qualified as
Chartered Accountant in 1995. During his career, Evan has been exposed to a
variety of industries with the majority of his experience being in the
manufacturing industry.
The Board would like to welcome Evan and is looking forward to his contribution.
