RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mrs. MN Sepuru ("Noriah")
resigned as the company secretary with immediate effect.
Noriah will, however, remain with Jasco until 30 November 2011. The company
thanks Mrs. Sepuru for her valuable contribution during her tenure with Jasco
and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
Shareholders will be advised once a suitable replacement has been appointed
as company secretary and an announcement in this regard will be made in due
course.
