Subject to the completion of the scheme of arrangement between Vox Telecom
(South Africa, constituent) and Lereko Metier Trustees (Proprietary) Limited
(South Africa, non-constituent) and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE
and the JSE announces the following changes:

ZAE000097234, B03BM81) will be
deleted from the index.
FTSE/JSE Africa AltX 15 Vox Telecom will be deleted 07 November 2011
(J233) from the index.
Ububele Holdings Ltd (South
Africa, ZAE000144739, B030MP5)
will be added to the index with
a shares in issue figure of
176,620,272 and an
investability weighting of 50%.
