DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
("Listings Requirements"), shareholders are advised that certain directors may
derive a beneficial interest in terms of Metmar`s management and employee bonus
incentive scheme ("the Bonus Scheme").
BoE Stockbrokers (Pty) Limited has acquired shares on behalf of certain
directors in respect of the Bonus Scheme and the release thereof to the
directors referred to below (20% of the total number of shares released per
annum for a period of 5 years), is conditional on the director being employed by
the Company on that date.
In order to comply with the Listings Requirements, the directors` potential
interest in these dealings are disclosed below:
