APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with Sections 3.59 - 3.62 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, City Lodge is pleased to announce the reappointment of
Mrs Melanie van Heerden as Group Company Secretary, with effect from 1
February 2012.
The group`s Financial Director, Mr Andrew Widegger, will assume the
role of Company Secretary until that date.
