CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Poynting ("the Board") hereby notifies its
shareholders that Mr Jones Kalunga has resigned from the Board as an executive
director with effect from 2 November 2011.
Mr Kalunga will continue to serve as the sales and marketing manager for the
Commercial Division of the Company.
