CADIZ HOLDINGS - TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, and further to
the SENS announcement of 14 September 2011, shareholders are advised that
the group`s basic and diluted earnings and headline earnings per share
for the six months ended 30 September 2011 ("the period") are anticipated
to be between 0.8 and 1.0 cents per share.
The group`s results for the period, which will include a breakdown
between continuing and discontinued operations, will be announced on SENS
on Monday 7 November 2011.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has
not been reviewed or reported on by the group`s independent auditors.
