RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Nail
shareholders held at the registered office of Nail, Sixth Floor,
Primedia Place, 5 Gwen Lane (Corner Fredman Drive), Sandown, Sandton on
Thursday, 3 November 2011, ordinary resolutions numbers 1 to 4 and
special resolution number 5, were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
The special resolution, as required, will be filed with the Companies
and Intellectual Property Commission in due course.
