DECLARED DEBENTURE INTEREST DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON REDEFINE INCOME FUND
LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("RDFIHD")
The Directors of Redefine Income Fund Limited have declared a debenture interest
distribution of 37 cents payable on Monday, 28 November 2011 to ordinary holders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 25
November 2011.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities, RDFIHD
will receive a Redefine Income Fund Limited debenture interest distribution of
37 cents per security on, Monday, 28 November 2011 in terms of the Cession
clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank
Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the interest distribution) in order to
participate in the debenture interest distribution will be Friday, 18 November
2011.
RDFIHD Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the debenture
interest distribution from the commencement of business on Monday, 21 November
2011, and the record date will be Friday, 25 November 2011.
