UPDATE ON THE ACQUISITION OF THE BUSINESS OF I TO I
1. INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 26 February
2010, 6 September 2010, 1 December 2010, 3 December 2010 and 31 May 2011, where
it was announced that Zaptronix had entered into a Sale of Business Agreement to
purchase the business risk solutions business of I to I Technology Solutions
(Pty) Limited ("I to I")("the acquisition").
2. PROGRESS
In terms of the JSE Listing Requirements, the company has to prepare a circular
including revised listings requirements to shareholders. The Company`s annual
financial results for the year ended 31 August 2011 will form the reference for
comparative results in the circular. The company is in the process of
finalising the financials to be included in the circular and thus the circular
will be posted in due course.
