Resignation of Director
Mr Scott Douglas has resigned as a director of Resource Generation. Mr Douglas
is resigning to pursue other business ventures.
The Board of Resource Generation thanks Mr Douglas for his contribution and
commitment to the company over the past four years, during which he was
instrumental in bringing the company`s original investment in South African coal
tenements to fruition. Through further developments this has now progressed to
the development plan for the Boikarabelo mine where the company`s energies are
focused.
