In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Cashbuild`s audited annual financial results for the year ended 30
June 2011, published on 20 September 2011, the annual report was posted today.
The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published
audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Cashbuild will be held at 10h00 on
Monday, 28 November 2011 at the company`s registered office, 101 Northern
Parkway, Ormonde, Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
