CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Datacentrix ("the Board") hereby
notifies its shareholders that Mr Troy Dyer has resigned as a non-executive
director, with effect from 4 November 2011.
The Board thanks Mr Dyer for his contribution to the Company and wishes him
well in his future endeavours.
