CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE: APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listing Requirements, the Company announces
the appointment of Mr Velile Welcome Mcobothi as a non-executive director of
the Company with effect from 3 November 2011.
Velile is a registered charted accountant who has been involved in the private
equity arena over the last nine years. Accordingly, Velile has held various
positions as the representative of the private equity investor on audit and
transformation committees in addition to various non-executive directorships.
The Board welcomes and congratulates Velile on his appointment.
