DECLARATION OF A DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON FOUNTAINHEAD PROPERTY TRUST (FPT)-
VARIABLE STRIKE WARRANT- FPTIVB
The Directors of Fountainhead Property Trust have declared a distribution of
27.56 cents per unit. Due to this distribution the strike price of the above
warrant will be adjusted and the announcement thereof will be made accordingly
on the ex-distribution date, being Monday, 21 November 2011.
