DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3)(b) OF THE COMPANIES
ACT 71 OF 2008
Capricorn has received notification from Trinity Asset Management (Pty)
Ltd ("TAM"), in terms of section 122(1)(a) that it has acquired a
beneficial interest in the securities of the company of more than 30%,
such that the total interest in the securities of Capricorn held by TAM
now amounts to 34.99% of the total issued share capital of the company.
Shareholders are further advised that JC Herbst disposed of an indirect
beneficial interest to reduce his shareholding below 25% to 20.68% and
Ms EM Greenblatt disposed of a beneficial interest to reduce her
shareholding below 35% to 34.98% in the securities of Capricorn.
