RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:
Investec Bank Limited is authorised to announce that, at the annual
general meeting of Growthpoint linked unitholders held on Tuesday, 8
November 2011, all of the resolutions proposed in terms of the notice
convening the meeting were passed, including the special resolutions
which are effective from the date they were passed.
None of the special resolutions passed at the meeting require filing
with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission.
