Shareholders are advised that the Alert Steel annual report for the year ended
30 June 2011 will be dispatched on or about 8 November 2011 and contains no
modifications to the reviewed provisional results published on 17 October 2011.
The annual report will also be available to download from the company`s website.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Alert
Steel will be held at the company`s registered address at cnr Engelbrecht and
Lanham Streets, East Lynne, Pretoria at 11:00am on 7 December 2011, to conduct
the business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is
contained in the annual report.
