CHANGE IN NAME OF COMPANY
Due to the amendments introduced by the Companies Act, No.71 of 2008, it became
necessary for South African Securitisation Programme to convert from a private
company to a public company to enable South African Securitisation Programme to
issue Notes under the Programme to the public and to allow transferability of
such securities.
It was also necessary to draw specific notice to the special conditions setting
out restrictive conditions in the placing documents of South African
Securitisation Programme in its Memorandum of Incorporation and insert the
designation "RF" in the name of South African Securitisation Programme. The
change of name became effective on 11 October 2011.
