Mr John Abbott, the financial director retired from the Board and did not
make himself available for re-election as a director at the Annual General
Meeting held on 9 November 2011.
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Board
of Wilson Bayly Holmes - Ovcon Limited is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Charles Henwood as John`s successor with effect from 9
November 2011.
Charles is a chartered accountant and completed his articles at Deloitte &
Touche and has 22 years experience within the construction industry.
The board would like to thank John for the contribution that he has made to
the group and welcomes Charles to the board. Fortunately, John will remain
with the Company and will continue to play a meaningful role in the group.
