NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that following the announcement released on
Sens on 4 October 2011, Kagiso Media has posted a circular to
shareholders today, relating to the disposal of 50% shareholding in and
claims against LexisNexis (Proprietary) Limited to Reed Elsevier South
Africa (Proprietary) Limited.
Notice is hereby given that the general meeting of ordinary shareholders
will be held at Kagiso Tiso House, 100 West Street, Weirda Valley,
Sandton, 2196, on Thursday, 8 December 2011 at 10:00, to transact
business as stated in the notice of the general meeting.
