Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 18 August
2011 and the circular posted to shareholders on 29 August 2011 regarding the
reorganisation of Alert Steel Polokwane (Pty) Limited and Alert Steel
Reinforcing (Pty) Ltd ("the indivisible transactions") subject to the fulfilment
of certain conditions precedent.
Shareholders are hereby advised that all conditions precedent to the indivisible
transactions, as set out in the circular, have been fulfilled.
