WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 4 October
2011 by Freeworld in relation to the possible delisting of Freeworld
from the JSE ("delisting"), shareholders are advised that as the full
terms of the delisting were released on SENS on 17 October 2011, caution
is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in their Freeworld
shares.
