Annual results for the year ended 30June 2011
Rand Water wishes to advise that its annual results for the year ended 30June
2011were announced on 08 November 2011.
Highlights include:
Revenue: R5,891million,an 18% increase compared to the
previous year
EBITDA: 55% increase in EBITDA to R751 million
Net Profit: R536 million increasing from R302 million in the
previous year
Total assets: R9,083 million
Capital Expenditure: R1,017 million (inclusive of movable assets)
Long-term Loans: R438 million
Accumulated Reserves: R6,756 million
Potable Water Bulk Tariff: 14.1%
Net finance charge: (R17)million
