In compliance with the requirements of rule 3.59 (a) of the JSE
Listings Requirements, Netcare wishes to announce that Mr Keith Norman
Gibson, CA (SA), who has held the position of Acting Chief Financial
Officer of Netcare since 1 August 2011, has been appointed as Financial
Director and Chief Financial Officer of Netcare on 10 November 2011.
Mr Gibson joined Netcare in July 2006 and has been a longstanding
member of the Board of Directors of Netcare`s UK operations, General
Healthcare Group. Prior to joining Netcare, he held senior financial
positions with PPC Limited and Barloworld Namibia (Pty) Limited.
