DEBENTURE INTEREST DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the debenture interest declaration set out in the reviewed
condensed consolidated results announcement for the year ended 31 August
2011, which was published on SENS on 1 November 2011, linked unitholders
are advised that the GBP:ZAR exchange rate for the interest
distribution, payable on 28 November 2011, has been set at
GBP1:ZAR12.65950. This is the effective forward rate of exchange from
today`s date to 23 November 2011, being the date on which the Company
will receive the pound sterling divided from its subsidiary, Redefine
International P.L.C.
Accordingly, linked unitholders are advised that the debenture interest
distribution for the six months to 31 August 2011 will be 26.45836 South
African cents per linked unit, being the Rand equivalent of 2.09 pence
per linked unit.
