CHANGES TO EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITY AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised that Nazeema Teladia has resigned as a director of
Seardel and member of the audit committee. The board of directors acknowledges
Ms Teladia`s valued contribution to the Company.
Shareholders are further advised that independent non-executive director Yunis
Shaik has been appointed as a member of the audit committee.
These changes are immediately effective.
