RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board of directors of the company advise that, at the Annual
General Meeting of shareholders held at the company`s offices today,
the ordinary resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General
Meeting contained in the company`s 2011 Annual Financial Statements
were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
All special resolutions were similarly adopted, and where necessary
will be filed with CIPC for registration.
