RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement published on 3 October 2011,
shareholders are advised that the liquidation of Brokrew Industrial
(Pty) Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Kairos) is ongoing and a
detailed announcement pertaining to the liquidation and the financial
effects thereof will be published in due course. Until such time that
the detailed announcement is published, shareholders are advised to
continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s securities.
