DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTORS

("Listings Requirements"), the following information regarding transactions
in securities by directors in Excellerate is disclosed:
Sporting Affairs Investments 29 (Proprietary) Limited ("Sporting Affairs"),
a company in which certain directors of the Company have an interest, has
entered into an agreement ("Agreement") in terms of which Sporting Affairs
will acquire ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") from certain of the
Company`s shareholders.
The transfer of the Shares is, in terms of the Agreement, subject to the
fulfilment of certain conditions precedent and an announcement will be
published once such transfer has occurred.
