APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR

Limited, the board is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Andre
John Parker as an independent non-executive director of Orion Real
Estate with effect from 2 November 2011.
Dr Parker has a D.Phil. from the University of Johannesburg and has 35
years of executive management experience in the fields of
pharmaceuticals, heavy engineering and FMCG.
