FINAL LIQUIDATION ORDER AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the SENS announcements dated 26 September 2011, 6 October
2011 and 11 October 2011, shareholders are advised that on 4 November
2011, the Western Cape High Court granted a final liquidation order of
the Company.
Given the above-mentioned final liquidation order, shareholders are
advised that the JSE will be considering the potential termination of
the listing of the Company and accordingly shareholders are advised to
exercise caution when dealing in the Company`s securities until a full
announcement in this regard is made.
