REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
At the eighth annual general meeting of participatory interest holders
held yesterday, 15 November 2011, all the ordinary resolutions and the
special resolution proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite
majority of votes. The proposed resolution giving the directors the
general authority to issue participatory interests for cash, was
withdrawn prior to the meeting.
