CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SACMH
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, notice is hereby given that Mr Pramod Menon has been appointed
to the board of directors of SACMH as a non-executive director with
effect from 16 November 2011.
Mr Pramod Menon is the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of JSW
Energy Limited, a company listed on the Mumbai Stock Exchange. He is an
Associate member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and
a graduate of The Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. Mr
Pramod Menon has 17 years experience in Project Finance, Corporate
Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Treasury Management and Investor
Relations. Prior to joining JSW Energy Limited, he worked at JSW Steel
Limited, a company incorporated in India.
The board of SACMH welcomes Mr Pramod Menon and looks forward to a long
and valued working relationship.
