DECLARATION OF PREFERENCE DIVIDENDS
The following half-yearly preference dividends for the period ending 31
December 2011 have been declared, payable to shareholders on Tuesday, 27
December 2011.

The last date to trade "cum" the dividends in order to participate in
the dividends will be Thursday, 15 December 2011. The preference shares
of the Company will commence trading "ex" the dividends from the
commencement of business on Monday, 19 December 2011 and the record date
will be Friday, 23 December 2011.
No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates may take
place between Monday, 19 December 2011 and Friday, 23 December 2011,
both days inclusive.
